My Interest in talent developed when I became a part of the world’s largest,multi-ethnic and diverse student-run organization: AIESEC. Here, I got an opportunity to intern in Poland delivering workshops to high school students. Post that, joined the local chapter of AIESEC in Hyderabad and wore multiple hats: Sales, Business Development, HR, Operations Manager and contributed to success of 10+ global talent internships by raising corporate opportunities and filling the same by hiring diverse people from all around the world.

After having graduated in Electronics and Computer science, though I had multiple opportunities to start my career in IT, I decided to step back and look for something I was really passionate about. Hence, my fascination on people eventually led me to bag an opportunity at an MNC as an HR Executive wherein I was taking care of end-end Recruitment.

After that my stint in Talent Management continued with a mid-sized, Software Consulting Company, which evolved to become a product and service based organisation, having presence in Hyderabad and US. I was responsible for end-end talent acquisition, tapping the untapped talent, who would be responsible for building the teams from scratch and playing a crucial role in scaling up the company. I also got to dabble into other facets of HR, including Employee relations and HR Operations. Currently, I am working in a fast paced environment implementing agile and business development principles to hire the best minds.

Apart from networking and exploring new places, I also have an interest in books and coding ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL); and I am currently learning calisthenics.
